These help comments are dedicated to making the most of our website by helping you navigate through our catalogue pages from your initial product search to placing your order.The details provided in the list of product categories (product search results) are there to help you choose the products with the picture and the main information at a glance. We made each of these details consistent in our web pages to keep you informed when browsing our catalogue. These details include the following information. Prices: The prices provided in our catalogue pages define the product in its simplest version without options and with upholstery category E if upholstered. The product prices exclude the VAT that is added in the estimate. Shipping time: The delivery time indicated in our pages gives you the time we think is necessary to ship the goods to most EU destinations for orders sourced from only one supplier and delivered to your door without setting on site. If your order includes goods sourced from several manufactures we need to do a grouping that requires a few days extra for delivery (always try to buy furniture from the same supplier; to do so, use the “view all products from this manufacturer” button when available in the products pages). Also, if your order includes the setting of furniture on site it requires dedicated staff and will make the delivery time longer. See the two delivery options available in the FAQS page. In Stock items: When a product or one of its models is temporarily in stock and available in shorter delivery time than its standard lead time, we will inform you through our catalogue pages about the potential quantity available, the estimated delivery time and the finishes or the current assembly state. To order the items in stock, please read the finishes details in the “customisation page” carefully and customise your product accordingly. NB. Quantity and delivery time need to be confirmed by ourselves before ordering. Please contact us for confirmation. Symbols: The first set of symbols, when displayed, indicates if the product is (or can be customised as) stacking, folding or outdoor use. The second set of symbols, when displayed, indicates what other products are available in the range (it is the case for the seating items) or interesting information related to the product feature or customisations available (it is the case for the tables, table tops and table bases items). Pop up tag text: View this Pop up tag text by putting your mouse on any images or symbol (unfortunately, with some browsers it is not possible to view popup tags). This facility provides details about lots of titles and symbols and it provides the finishes used for the products displayed in pictures. Thus, you will be able to know the exact finishes of picture products in case you want to order the same product as displayed. Categories and Sub categories links: After selecting a group of categories using the main menu buttons (seating, tables…), you can choose the product category you are interested in by selecting a rectangular grey button. Once you view the category result list you can narrow your search by selecting one of the sub category links listed on the right hand side of the category symbol. This is an easy way to view and choose products that fit your specific need. This page provides all necessary details and pictures to have an extensive view of the product features and its whole range. “Add to Estimate” button: This facility allows you to add a product quickly to an estimate without going through the customisation process. The product added to the estimate is pre-defined and fits the default price provided in the product page that defines the product in its simplest version without options and with upholstery category E if the product is upholstered. Please note that the “add to estimate” product definition may be different to the definition of its related default image provided in the product page. “Customise” button: This facility allows you to customise the selected product using all available customisations form standard manufacturer finishes, Vergy own materials, Other manufacturers materials or Customer own Materials (see “Customise page” bellow). “View all products from this manufacturer” button: Always use this button when searching for different products. This link allows you to view and select products from the same manufacturer. Selecting products from the same manufacture will guarantee similar finishes (wood stain, lacquers…) and similar quality. It also offers the cheapest and shortest delivery time because the goods are delivered straight to you instead of having to be grouped with products from other manufactures. Conversion Chart: You can use this column to instantly get the conversion between centimetres and inches. The conversion Maestro link also provides very useful calculations on length, area, mass and weight, volume and temperature. Dimensions and Weight: All dimensions and weight in the product page are specific to the product displayed. Note that for upholstered items we display the fabric required with 1.40 metre roll width as default. Please contact us to check if the length mentioned is also suitable for smaller width as 1.35 or 1.30 metres. Other models and Other products in the range: These images are links that get you to the related product page. They allow you to navigate across the website without navigating through the tree structure. Pictures: The large, the medium and the added “Alternative views” pictures displayed in the product page are available in large popup image for better detail view. To bring up the image, just click on the photos. This section is provided when customising a product that has models related to it. It allows you to view and compare all models features at a glance. It ensures that the product you select for customisation is that one that best fits your needs. If you want to order the product that is in stock and benefit from the related shipping time, read the finishes details at the top of the page carefully and customise your product accordingly. Just under the main product details at the top of the page you will find the customisation area. This area provides you with all the possible finish choices related to the selected product. Depending on the product, we offer stain, lacquer, upholstery materials options from manufacturer standard materials, Vergy own materials or customer own materials. Please note that for upholstered items, we also often offer to choose your material from the main market brands. Our system calculates the related price automatically. NB. In this page the price remains the default price when customising the product. To view the price related to your customisation, view your estimate. This is where you select the option for your product. Clicking on a thumbnail automatically implements the customisation form. Note the display of the large image on the right hand side when you point your mouse on a sample. We often provide a colour equivalent with it at the button left corner that is very handy to check out the colours. It is where you select the estimate you want to view and where you can change the project names as well as the quantity of items required. It is also where you can add comments to your estimates and ask questions by using the internal messaging system available at the top of the page. Request Delivery cost: To access to the order process you need to require for the delivery cost that we will provide on line accordingly to your estimate features and the delivery service required. Use the “delivery cost request” displayed at the bottom of the page after adding your delivery and invoice addresses. We will then contact you to agree on the terms. Processing an order: Once the delivery cost is added the order process is available. To order you are required to add your Company VAT number and agree on our Terms and conditions.
